What is IGNITE?
IGNITE is a holistic program for teens, ages 13 to 17, and young adults, designed to enhance health, relationship quality, life satisfaction, personal achievement, and self-efficacy, by strengthening skills that improve their holistic well-being.
IGNITE develops five competencies, which are developed in the following series:

What does each IGNITE series include?
- Pre and post psychometric evidence-based emotional intelligence assessments for caregiver and youth.
- Semi-personalized coaching prior and after module from Certified EQ coaches and facilitators*.
- Five social-emotional learning sessions based on mindfulness techniques.
*All our Coaches and Facilitators are Certified by the Emotional Intelligence Network, Six Seconds
What is the structure of each session?
There will be a total of 6 sessions, each one has an average time of 90-120 min, hosted on a weekly basis. The session will include individual and group activities, mindfulness techniques and discussions in small groups.
What are the available locations?
We host this program in different locations in the country.
- West Palm Beach, Florida Spring, Summer and Fall 2024

How can I enroll?
Unlike any other programs, SER-KALLAI equips young individuals with invaluable life skills for emotional resilience and fulfillment. The program series is priced at $150 per participant* (this is $25 per session plus personalized coaching, supplies and evidence based assessments that are over $300 in cost and will be TOTALLY waived!). We also have partial and full scholarships at a first come, first serve basis (For more information see below).
